Using this website

You may view, download and print pages for your own reference. You may not republish our material commercially, or present it as your own.

You agree not to:

• use the site in any unlawful or fraudulent way
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or its servers
• introduce malicious code, or interfere with its operation
• harvest data from it by automated means without our permission

Intellectual property

The design, code, text and imagery on this site belong to us or our licensors, except where credited otherwise. The dzined name and wordmark are ours. Photography credited to third parties, including the habitat restoration imagery on our climate page, remains the property of its owners and is used with permission.

Ownership of work produced for clients is dealt with in the contract for that project, not here. As a rule, rights transfer on final payment.

Enquiries are not quotes

Nothing on this site is a contractual offer. Prices, timescales and scope are confirmed in a written proposal, and work begins once that proposal is accepted. Where a project is governed by a signed agreement, that agreement takes precedence over these terms.

Accuracy and availability

We keep this site accurate and current, but we don’t warrant that it is free of errors or always available. We may change or withdraw content without notice. Live figures shown on our climate page come from a third-party API and are presented as supplied.

Third-party links

Where we link elsewhere, it’s for information. We’re not responsible for the content or practices of other sites.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from use of this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
